What I Ate Wednesday #1

This is my first time joining Peas and Crayons What I Ate Wednesday. I actually remembered to take pictures of what I ate one day this week! (Well almost, I forgot lunch).


For breakfast I mixed some plain yogurt, some local Mountain Man blackberry jam and some cocoa powder. I paired that with just half of that orange.

Lunch consisted of some slices of cheddar cheese and some trail mix with peanuts, sunflower seeds, cashews, and raisins.

Dinner was a delicious shrimp, pasta, broccoli and alfredo dish that my boyfriend put together. I also ate some carrots with homemade ranch. And for a sweet snack I had some twizzlers.

Nothing terribly exciting but did just the trick for today!
