A few days ago, Brittany over at Eating Bird Food, made a Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Smoothie. I’ve been craving it ever since! But, I didn’t have the ingredients she made it with. Therefore, with barely any food left in the refrigerator I modified the recipe. Now, I HATE jelly. I never eat it. This smoothie was AMAZING. I hope you enjoy it too.

I might try this with regular milk. It’s such a good idea! I’ve never heard of this kind of smoothie before. 🙂

I don’t see why it couldn’t use milk! I have never been a milk drinker, and almond milk is so low calorie, that’s why I use it. Let me know how it turns out! Thanks for stopping by

No problem!
I’m using myfitnesspal.com to count calories/keep track of exercise – otherwise I’d try it right this second! But I should wait until later today or lunch or something so I don’t go over my calorie limit. 🙂
I hope I get to make it soon. 🙂
